"ISAN" has arrived

"Isan", the latest acquisition by CMI has arrived in Noumea and was commissioned in late 2013.


"Isan", a freight and fuel transport ship arrived in Noumea at the end of last year and immediately started trading.
After a search by Laubreaux Marine, a ship was identified, which best matched the requirements of CMI. The vessel which was already under construction at a shipyard in Malaysia, Berjaya Dockyards in Miri, was able to be modified to suit French Flag regulations, as well as operational requirements from CMI, and at the same time, be delivered rapidly. This allowed the shipowner to take delivery of a new ship in a very short time.
