"Max" was built by boat builder Roland Heros in 2002 for the Provincial Government of Province Nord, as a workboat for its marine department, for transport, training, surveillance. After 10 years of service, the vessel was offered for sale by auction. Mr Franck Tagawa bought it, intending to make it a pleasure boat for himself, family and friends.
